The Leckhampton Players Annual General Meeting for both 2020 and 2021 will be held at 20:00 on 2 November 2021 at Leckhampton Village Hall.
All are welcome, but only members over the age of 16 are able to vote on any proposals.
To clarify, those people who were fully paid up or life members in 2019 will be able to vote (there having been no membership fees collected since then).
In order to manage attendance numbers at the village hall, we’d be grateful if you could confirm your attendance no later than 31 October 2021 by providing your details using the form below:
Please note that while there will be a bar, no food/supper will be provided.
Nominations
Officers and committee members who are responsible for the day-to-day running of the society are appointed during the annual general meeting.

New faces are always welcome – if you would like to stand for election yourself, and require nomination, please get in touch.
Membership fees and renewals
The treasurer would like to remind members that membership fees will be due for renewal at the AGM, and will cover the period until the next AGM in Spring 2022.
Membership fees remain at £5.00 for adults and £3.00 for children. Please ensure you bring cash as we are unable to accept payment by credit/debit card at the present time.
Patrons subscriptions will be collected in the new financial year, from 1 April 2022 (£5 per person or £9 for a couple).
