Defibrillator Awareness Session

You may or may not be aware that the Leckhampton Village Hall is one of the special places in Cheltenham that has a Community Access Defibrillator.

It is available for anyone to use when someone has a cardiac arrest. You could save the life of a family member, friend, colleague or complete stranger.

No training is required as the machine talks you through and wont shock if it is not needed…..but would you have the confidence to act when someone desperately needed your help?

Come along to a free Defibrillator Awareness Session, to be delivered by the South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust and learn how to do life saving first aid and use a Defibrillator.

The session will be held on Tuesday, November 9th 2021 at 7.30pm at Leckhampton Village Hall, Church Road. The session will last approximately 1 hour. 1 hour out of your life to potentially save the whole of someone else’s.

You are required to book your place if you would like to attend, and you can do this, by calling Tina on 01242 243035.
